Fitness Pole Dancing is a great way to increase and maintain fitness levels. By taking part in regular sessions you will soon notice improvements in your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. It is such an enjoyable workout you often forget how hard you are actually working. Not only on the fitness side but putting your inner goddess into action in a non intimidating environment is truly liberating.

A one hour class includes…

  • Warm-up.
  • Main body of exercise: Aerobic section that will build up routine to include spins and transition moves.
  • Cool down/stretch: Time to revitalise after the workout and stretch the muscles to help to maintain flexibility.

We teach beginners right up to super advanced level. In each class you will be given different levels for each move so that you can choose the level which best suits you. You can join classes at any time however it is always better to start near the beginning of a new routine so do contact us to find out when this is.
