Types of Class

Pole dance classes: Our general pole dance class, where we work through a range of moves so you can build up your skills and confidence.

Spins and tricks class: These classes are available for all levels. They’re less structured class, enabling you to come and work on whatever you want, with the instructor offering help and support.

Bootycamp: A Bootcamp style workout using the pole. In this class you will build strength, tone the body as well as burning fat. Ideal for all levels looking to get stronger and more flexible, even if you don’t pole dance.

One-to-one / small group training sessions: Get an individual session on your own. Or why not join up with a few friends for a small group session?

What to wear:

  • You should be dressed for a workout and so need comfortable clothing that will allow you to move easily. You can wear
    tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt/vest top and trainers or bare feet.
  • DO NOT apply creams or lotions before you attend your class as you will not be able to grip the pole.
